Main Introduction

This machine is an integrated filling and capping machine. The filling section can be in the straight conveyor line or integrated into the star wheel. The number of filling heads has single head or double head selection (according to customer output requirements). Filling speed and filling volume can be adjusted on the touch screen. The filling precision is high, and the capping pass rate is high. Can be applied to bottles of different materials or shapes.

Filling System
Apply Filling Method: Rotary lobe pump filling system
Servo motor drives high-precision stainless steel rotor pump for filling. No vulnerable parts, filling capacity can be adjusted on the touch screen. The filling accuracy can reach ± 0.3%.
Apply two stage filling theory to prevent liquid spilling during filling process.

Capping System
Capping method is based on cap material and shape which is flexible.Capping head can be changeover by different types, such as screwing type or squeeze type(for ROPP aluminum cap).
Cap in-feed hopper is also available for various sizes of caps as optional device.
Tool-free design limit different products switch over time, increase high efficient producing capacity.
